CAPACITY BUILDING AND REHABILITATION
We provide individualised and tailored capacity building and rehabilitation services for adult individuals with acquired neurological conditions including:
Stroke
TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, including concussion
Functional Neurological Disorder
Guillian Barre Syndrome and other demyelinating diseases.
Our team of experienced occupational therapists will listen to what is important to you. We want to know what you need and want to do with greater ease or independence.

IN-HOME SERVICE
We provide one to one treatment in your home and consistently deliver effective, evidence-based care. This may include teaching you about your condition, providing hands-on therapy, coaching and giving feedback. We will be upfront with you and so you know what you’re in for, we will let you know what the recommended treatment is and what you need to do. We recognise this can be an emotional time and will support you through any challenges that arise and we will problem solve if any ‘roadblocks’ appear. We will do our best to bring some humour to therapy and we look forward to celebrating your wins.
